Our management approach

At BLD Construction, management conducts the technical, financial and contractual aspects of projects within a professional decision discipline. Decisions are made by evaluating the opinions of architectural and engineering consultants, feedback from subcontractors and suppliers, contract terms and client expectations. The outcome is formalized in writing with management approval and put into practice.

At every stage of the project, the client is in contact with a corporate management that holds decision-making authority. Communication operates quickly and transparently; decisions are neither delayed nor left ambiguous.

Decision flow

Decisions are made within a corporate process rather than by individual initiative. A typical decision flow follows these steps:

  • Gathering input — Opinions are obtained from the technical team, consultants and, where necessary, independent experts.
  • Evaluation — Client expectations, contract terms and risk profile are assessed together.
  • Management approval — The decision is approved by professional management and put into writing.
  • Implementation and follow-up — The decision is taken to the site; its results are tracked in the periodic report.
Written Decision Discipline Significant technical and financial decisions are documented together with their rationale, alternatives and impacts. This discipline both builds the project's memory and provides a reference source during the warranty period and dispute resolution processes.

Management reporting

Management is itself a reported process. Appended to the monthly main report, the management decisions taken are included as a brief note. What decision was made on which matter, which alternatives were evaluated, what is on the agenda for the next month — the client is continuously informed on these topics.

Annually, a management review covering all of the company's projects is prepared. This review is intended for in-house development; the sections requested to be shared with our clients are presented transparently.
