We prepare a preliminary assessment package suited to your type of investment, and then schedule a one-hour technical consultation.

What information to include for a faster reply
To shorten the preliminary assessment time, it helps to share brief information on the following points in your first email:
- Project type — Industrial / residential / infrastructure / commercial / management / consultancy
- Location — City, district; plot or existing structure information
- Approximate scale — m², number of floors, capacity
- Target schedule — Start and delivery targets
- Current status — Concept only / design ready / at permitting stage / construction started
- Your priority — Time, cost or quality (all three matter, but which is dominant)
The initial assessment we make with this information makes our meeting more productive and ensures you get full value from the time we set aside for you.
How we meet
The meeting can take place face to face at the office, by video conference, or together with a site survey. For a site survey, we prefer to meet at the plot or project location; reading the plot is, for us, part of learning the client's language.
