BLD Construction was established to combine the engineering experience of more than 20 years that its management team gained at large-scale corporate companies with the discipline of an agile construction company. The core motivation behind the company's founding is to demonstrate that a client's expectation of fidelity to schedule, budget and technical specification can be met without succumbing to corporate inertia.
From industrial facilities to residential construction, from infrastructure works to project management — whatever the discipline, we are an İzmir-based company that applies the same engineering philosophy meticulously to projects of every scale and type.

Our mission is to deliver, on time, a structure that meets the client's expectations by balancing the priorities of schedule, technical specification, budget, quality and occupational safety. We regard the contract as the principal reference document, referred to throughout the project, that clearly defines the rights and obligations of the parties.
Our vision is to become an institution that makes engineering discipline accessible for investments of every scale, communicates directly with the client, builds on a culture of written reporting, and contributes from the Aegean to the ranks of Turkey's respected construction companies.

In Turkey, the construction sector frequently faces a dilemma along the axis of scale and speed. Founding motivation
BLD Construction is the natural continuation of its management team's corporate engineering expertise of more than twenty years. Experience spanning from industrial investments to residential projects, from infrastructure works to technical consultancy, has been brought together to be offered to clients under an independent corporate identity, with a working culture of its own.
The company's purpose is not merely to deliver projects. The real aim is to build, from the very first project, the trust that will lead the client to choose the same firm for their next project as well. For this reason, the reporting format, contract templates, quality control plans and warranty process are operated on written standards from day one.

Documentation discipline
The document that proves the work was done is as valuable as the work itself. Concrete pours, welded fabrications and critical installation connections are recorded with photographs and dates. As-built drawings do not emerge only when the building is finished; they are updated at every stage.
Written reporting
Each month, a one-page summary report is provided to the client, accompanied by a detailed file. The list of open items (action list) is never closed; each item is tracked with its owner, due date and status.
Field and office integration
Design and execution are not separate worlds. A surprise encountered on site, unless it is redrawn at the office, will recur in the next project. For this reason, the field team and the engineering team are in weekly communication.
